What is GrowthAssistant's PTO and holiday policy?

GAs are offered up to 5 PTO days, and 7 Holiday PTO days per calendar year, based on client location.

Along with ensuring exceptional service for our clients, GrowthAssistant also strives to create a sustainable work-life balance for our fantastic GAs.

GrowthAssistants are allowed 7 paid time off holidays per calendar year, according to the local holiday policies of their client. Additionally, GAs can earn up to five PTO days in a calendar year.  GA PTO Days are accrued over time starting on the GA's first day of work. Per our policy, PTO cannot be taken during the first 90 days of work. All GAs are required to request PTO at least  2 weeks prior to the holiday or PTO.
