Can we incorporate a test or exercise into your vetting process?

Outside tests or additional exercises are typically not added to the GA recruiting process.

If you'd like to craft an exercise for our review, we'd be happy to consider incorporating the exercise into our vetting process.  However, exercises that significantly impact the timing, talent pool, or bandwidth of our recruitment team cannot be considered. As an alternative, our team would be happy to incorporate specific screening questions into the interview process.
